I had a Japanese straightening at this salon by Sunny and she broke off alot of my hair. I have about 1/2 inch on spots of my head and the only way to cover it is to wear a headband. I went there and the owner Rob didn't offer a refund or anything to help my hair. Never go to this place!!!
