Hair salon deal: unprofessional staff, ruined top, dirty salon

I have very bad experience with one of the groupon offer Hair cut by Andy.
I felt like a bunch of non-professionals are dealing with my hair. The women didn't know what she was doing and the whole atmosphere there was awful. Please if you see a groupon offer Hair by Andy or M&Q hair salon in Kingstanding, Birmingham do yourself a favor and don't go. I ended up going home with massive headache and ruined top, covering in spots of my hair colour. Groupon should really check what they offer. The salon was dirty and need it an update big time. I don't know even how to describe the whole experience and i wish i never went there.
