2 weeks ago I had the misfortune of going to JCPennys hair salon just for a few highlights. $160.00 later I came out with my hair overprocessed and a haircut that looked like I was attacked by hyperactive 2 year olds. My hair was average length Traci Harvill hacked my hair i guess to cover up the damage. My hair 6 inches on top 1 inch in the back sides of my hair who knows. I contacted Jodi the manager and this was my fault how? She wanted me to come back in for hair restoration treatments at my cost. The store manager returned $70 back well after all I did get hair colour. Well the only thing I can do is buzz my hair and let it grow back Fried to the roots. Protect your hair!!! Stay away from the jcpennys rockwall salon
