$3541 overpayment!

I don't know if I paid the wrong amount on my bill of $35.41 or if TMobile took the wrong amount but they took $3541 out of my account instead of $35.41! It's been well over a week and I still have not gotten the money back in my account. Unbelievable, the customer service people will not give me any information other than that it has been accepted by their Accounting Dept. I asked if they could put a rush on it, my answer was "unfortunately, we can't do that, we have to follow policy". I asked for a detailed explaination on policy, they couldn't give it to me, nor could they give me any other information. The first time I called they didn't let me talk to a supervisor, the 2nd time, I talked to someone named Leticia who also couldn't do anything for me! I said it's a lot of money and should have a rush, again, oh, we have to follow policy. My bank got involved, evidently the idiots in accounting messed up when they finally tried to refund my account and tried to withdraw more funds. How can a company as big as TMobile who prides themselves on their outstanding customer service possibly screw up over and over again. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General in my state and will start writing letters to the CEO of TMobile and the EVP CEO also. Hopefully something will jump start them into giving me my money back before I have to take them to court.
