Ripped me off for $1620.00 for a roof and never came back

I had the same experience a Stephanie. He sold me his roofing job, took the money, $1600.00 (Half up front) and after all kinds of excuses, never came back, promised to return my money, told me, "The check is in the mail" (LOL) But, I have multiple addresses and names for him. He uses 2 Texas drivers License's. And a sister here in Austin and I have his date of birth, if you are interested. I am working on his vehicle, and Texas registration, soon to have in my possession. Then off to file a law suit. I would prefer fraud, if enough of you come forth we can get that!
