R and C services roofing and construction took payment of $5200 on july 12 and promised work would be done in two weeks. Brent Baker took my check and wrote me a contract and never called me again or emailed me. It has been two months already and they are refusing to give my money back and still havent done any work or made any efforts to contact me. They stole my money!
