Elite Roofing & Construction - MARS Construction - Mark (Elite) deposited our $1700 in September for a roof job and has since disappeared!

Mark with Elite Roofing hassled us for weeks to get our roofing job, cashed our $1700 check in September -put us off for weeks with various excuses and then in November, would never return daily calls.

We have sent certified letters that were returned. His signature on agreement is not legible so we can't read his last name. The address is a p.O. Box. We have left detailed messages on the still-active phone line.

We have filed complaints with BBB, Attorney General's office and other online sources. We are looking to report them also to trade associations, vendors, etc.
