Taylor construction, el paso, tx and todd taylor signed a roofing contract to re roof my house. His company came out and tore all the old roofing off, but never returned to put new shingles on. His excuses have included: too cold, too windy, out of town, martin luther king day, scissor truck not working, materials delivered to wrong house, truck can't get through the port of entry. Now he won't take our calls or call us back.
