Figure competitors in need of shoes DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

Being a first time figure competitor, I looked for websites to purchase my cleer competition high heels. I ordered my shoes June 20 and have still not received them. After three weeks, which was the maximum time it was supposed to take, I called Queen Fashions to find out where the shoes were. James assured me that they were being shipped the next day. I did not receive them. I was unable to get through to anyone at costomer service on the website. I called at least three more times and was given different ship dates and that they would be on my doorstep. Not the case! I was also told that they would be coming from the so called "Las Angeles" headquarters and that they would send me an email confirming the tracking number. I never received any emails other than the very first one which was showing they had charged my card two days later from the order being made. My phone calls began not being answered as I think James recognized my number. I then called from a different number and he answered within 2 minutes of me previously calling on the other line. I told him that I had contacted my bank and unless he could give me a tracking number that I could get to that would show me my shoes were in transit and I could physically see when I would receive them that I wanted a refund. He said he would refund my card. I then asked for a confirmation number and was told that he couldn't give me one because they wouldn't run a "batch" (whatever that is) until the evening and then he would email me a confirmation number. Of course that never happened either. I will now be following through with my bank in hopes to get this resolved. I hope this doesn't continue to happen to others.
