I ordered two pairs of toms. Visa fraud dept called me right away asked me if I used my card I said yes I did but I used it for Toms shoes not an electric appliance company in China. I was charged an international fee. I cancelled my card and switched accounts. I have been emailing mayrlyann through the company and I finally received a tracking number. No shoes, and she refuses to refund me because the shoes she says are in transit. It was supposed to be 5-7 days and I should of had them for Xmas. Still no shoes and no refund.

I too ordered 2 pairs of shoes May 14th, thought I was on the actual Toms website, I typed in toms.com and it took me to this website$112.US dollars and still on June 21st no shoes, DO NOT buy shoes from this website they do not exist
