First of all, I'd like to tell everyone to NOT order from www.tomsshoesoutletusa.com. I had been looking for a pair of Toms shoes and finally found them on this website in my size, so I ordered them. I saw that the website looked legit so I figured I would be safe. They sent me an order confirmation email, which had my order confirmation number, but no tracking number or date that I could expect to receive my shoes. After about 10 days of not receiving my shoes, I decided to look up my confirmation number on their website to see where my shoes were. When I typed in my confirmation number, it said, "Sorry, no purchase with that number could be found." Um... Sketchy? I then decided to email the company and see what was going on. They emailed me back, from one person named Amy and another named Leo Zhuo. Using very poor English, they apologized for the inconvenience and told me that it would take only 5 days for my order to come. So, I waited 5 more days... Still nothing. I kept sending emails, and only a few of them were answered. It's now been a month, and I have emailed them 3 times in the past few days telling them how incredibly upset I was at their company, and asking them to look up my order. The website says that they have a 24 hour email service, which is definitely not true, since I haven't had one reply from my many emails within this past week. I decided to call my bank today and report this website as fraud so I could get my money back. I also looked at my bank statement for my order and it said that it had been processed through a website named supplycool.com. I looked at this website today and saw that it is a painting website. Yes, one that sells paint brushes in many different forms. How in the world that is connected to my shoes, I'll never know. I'm terribly upset with this company and I hope that no one will be as foolish as me in ordering from this website.
