Queen Fashions
At it again

I am writing to say that Queen Fashions are at it again, just in a different area. I am from Australia and i bought a outfit and 2 pairs of shoes off Queen Fashions website, entered all the credit card details and order was sent off to them for processing.

The next day i checked the credit card transaction and it was charged $215.37 instead of the actual purchase amount of $197.98. I queried this with them and a guy buy the name of James (Manager) repsonded stating he would have a look at it and get back to me.

Well surprise, surprise he hasn't and its been 3 weeks tomorrow since they took the money from my credit card. I want to take these so and so's down big time. They shouldn't be able to do what they have done and there has to be a way to stop them.
