Misrepresentation on purchase 10 bags of food get one free program

Register receipt states "Any purchases made since the status date above should be added to get your exact total. All purchases are counted for 12 consective months. Free bag (s) and on line purchases of food are not eligible for the Buy 10 Program.

The did not state that it has to be premium bags of food, such as Science Diet, simply says All purchases. Customer service said it should have been understood. Now we have to be Petco Wispers to know what they mean. Total ripoff, not only is it a misrepresentation it is false advertising. If they were the last pet supply store on this earth I would not step a foot or a paw in their store.
