Overcharged $50 for "previous month charges"

Verizon has charged me the wrong amount and installed the wrong FiOS service at my house. I got that corrected this morning. They also charged an extra $50 for "previous month charges" but we already paid last month's bill which was $101. It does not say what this charge is for. I checked thru the previous month's bill and everything was covered.

There is no reason for this extra $50 charge.
