New England False advertising, horrible billing, undisclosed information to customers upon ordering new services

I decided to switch from my verizon package to a Bundle Package from Cox Communications for $99 a month - I was told it included my digital phone, internet and HDTV Digital Cable. They told me my bill would be a little more then the $99 because I ordered a few other optional features on the Digital Phone. After taxes and such my bill was quoted to be about $126 a month. I was told to go to my local office and pick up my HD receiver, well when I went there, thhey informaed there was a shortage on HDTV receivers and it would about 5 weeks until I would get mine, so they would call when they have them in stock. So at least five weeks with no HDTV. I got my first bill, and it was the amount they quoted me, everybill was incorrect for the next few months, my bills range from $145 to $185. I saw in my first bill that my bundle price was not applied so I was paying full price for all the services, and they also had changed my long distance to cox - which is outrageously expense and I was never notified it would be switch, but when calling to complain, they said they would credit my account for pricing error, but if I switched my long distance to another carrier I would lose the bundle deal. The following month my bill came again and it was wrong again, they applied the credits like they said they would, but charged me again for the current month at full value instead of the bundle discount. I called and they fixed it. The next month I had the same problem, I called they aplplied credits to my account, I also asked about the HDTV box that I should have been called about weeks prior to pick up, and they said to go to local office and pick one up, so I did. My next bill, everything looked ok except I was being charged for a feature (Cox TechSolutions) for $9.95 a month, I called and asked and they said I had to have this feature to maintain the bundled price, no one told me that when I signed up. Needless to say since day one until now I have had nothing but problems. Do not even let me get into the issues with service technicians! That is a whole other story! Xxxxxxxxxxxx needs to get here ASAP!!!
