Purchased one musical instrument... A blue mandolin and a small book. Waited... Waited 3 weeks... No confirmation, nothing.

I finally e-mailed to ask where my order was, and then he (Rich) sent me a shipping confirmation a few days later. This was already 3 weeks after order was made with no word. He said they were having trouble getting it from the company they get things from... Supposed to be instock... But who knows. I thought... Ok, no problem. I can wait a bit... Tried to be patient.

I wrote back and said thanks, and hoped it would arrive fast.

I got it in a few days and it was damaged. Received scratched all over on front and back, looked used, smudges and finger prints on it too... Sloppy and runny paint on it... in drips, and some spots no paint at all where there should have been, not good quality, strings won't stay taught and/or tuned. I was very dissappointed to say the least.

Site says 30 day money back guarantee with no questions asked... So I call and e-mail to ask for a refund. No reply. I call and call, and call... And e-mail over and over again. No reply to anything... Nothing.

They will not reply to any of my 15 e-mails to customer service or the sales dept., and 3 phone messages left on voice mail. Their voicemail box is almost always full and won't take a message. That's why I only left 3...

Waited over 3 weeks to get this damaged item, waited over 2 more weeks for no reply yet... Still trying.

I was a repeat customer from but NEVER again will I buy from this company. Never! Don't waste your money... Your time... Or your energy fretting over trying to get a simple response. Really bad business...

I am going to legally fight this in any way that I can...
