Scam - never received product and they wouldn't respond to e-mails

I placed an order for a bed and my credit card was charged immediately. The confirmation e-mail said things usually ship in 5-7 business days and that I would receive a shipping confirmation e-mail within 48 hours.

I waited for two weeks before contacting them to find out what was going on. Their customer service number says to e-mail them instead, so that's what I did. Someone did get back to me within a day stating that my item was due to be shipped in the next couple of days.

When the 48 hours after the shipping time had come and gone and I hadn't received a confirmation e-mail, I contacted them again. Someone again got back to me within 24 hours and said that somehow there had been an error, and my bed hadn't shipped. They said at that point they could refund my money or it would ship no later than three days later. I really needed the bed so I said I still wanted them to ship it.

Again, the 48 hours after the shipping time had come and gone and I hadn't heard anything, so I sent them another e-mail. This time, no response. I sent them an e-mail every day for four days in a row and never heard back. The last e-mail said I expected a response immediately or I would report them as a fraud and still, I haven't heard back.

I've disputed the charge with my credit card company and they're investigating. This company drew me in by initially being responsive via e-mail and even offering to refund my money (although I don't know if they would have actually done it). I do not believe they are a legitimate company - they are a scam to steal your money. Do not use them!
