Rip off

IC-Services had ripped me off. I had waited for the application to fill out for about 6 weeks. I was suppose to get the application in 2 weeks and when i finally told them i was only going to wait till the last Friday and then the application arrived in my mail on Monday. I filled out the application and sent it back. I have waited my 10 to 12 weeks for a reply from the government, it is now been 16 weeks i have waited for a response. I havve tryed to call ic-sevices to see whats going on and their phones go straight to their message machine. If you can avoid these people please don't get involved with them. If it sounds to good to be true, it must be.
