Direct TV soesn't want to refund my deposit even when they didn't installed whaT I ordered, and I didn't signed the installation bill

Have you ever investigated Direct TV?
I am one of their customers that feel taking advantage of. If you look at the Better Business Bureau of Southern California they have over 8,000 Complains and I don't understand how they get an award from JD Power and Assoc.
