Damaged Goods Lawsuit and business disappeared

Last year I used a moving web site to find a moving company that could fit my needs. The website just finds the moving company, they don't claim any responsibilty in the matter. These people tried to charge me for every little thing. I had everything boxed up and ready to go. They showed up on the scheduled date about 8 hours late!!! I requested 2 movers and there was only one!!! He nickel and dimed me until I threatened to call his boss. He also strapped my brand new expensive mattress to the back of the outside of the truck.

Needless to say it was damaged when it showed up to its destination... (a day late of course). I took them to small claims court. I subpoened David to court (Sergio showed up and pretended that he was David). When I won he apologized and told me I would get the check in the mail. To nobody's surprise, they lied in court and told the judge they had sent me a check for $200 to clean my mattress. They blamed some lady named Donna for all their troubles (of course). But these people are all married or related so they knew what to say to get out of trouble. I never got the money for the mattress. My husband and I showed up at the place of business. The place looked awful, broken furniture in the office, no real office equiptment. A bunch of illegal immirgrants that couldn't speak English all over the place. Sergio got very nervous when we walked right in and demanded our money. Unfortunately, the lie they gave us was that David had to pay us. He never showed... We are out about $1300.
