F.K. A Royalty Moving Damaged my furniture and charged me twice as much as promised

I had a scheduled pickup on the 5th of September. I dealt with a very nice American lady named Dina Macintyre. She sold me on going with them and promised me that they were good and that based on exactly what I told her I had to move it wouldn't take them more then 3 hours to move me. Especially when I was moving directly accross the street.

When the movers showed up late to move me they also tried to sell me on their expensive packing materials that I didn't need. They got upset when I refused. The 3 movers who were Israeli came with a small truck that no working lift to lift the heavy furniture. They had not tools what so ever to break down the heavy furniture. They dropped all of my Fragile boxes off their dolly. They banged into all the walls scratching and damaging my nice furniture. They needed to come back since there was not enough room on their truck for a second trip. This whole process took 7 hours.

4 hours more then any other company I have ever used in the past. I attribute this to them not having professionals who come prepared with working equipment and tools. They tried to hold my stuff until I paid them in full by cash. When I said that wasn't told to me and that I only have a credit card they refused and told me that I would have to drive to thme to pay with a money order.

At this time I contacted the police and they arrived. At the same time a represenitive from the compnay showed up with his credit card machine to finally accept my payment. I am in the middle of disputing the charges and also in the process of making and insurance claim.in addition I am also in the process of taking them to small claims court. Rob the owner called me while I was waiting on the police to tell me he doesn't need a customer like me and that I was a peace of s#$# before hanging up on me.

I was warned not to ever do business with these creeps but didn't know until they showed up to move me. Remember I told you I dealt with their American sales person and the name seemed to be an a American name. I am a Jew so this statment is not a prejudice comment.
