Beware, they charge you during trial period and never refund on return of Product Internet

We got this trial offer from Magic Jack who render a product with which you can get a VOIP phone. We tried using them and found that it is not upto the standards. We decided to return it back but found out that Magic Jack charged the credit card before the end of trial period. The worst part is that they don't have a customer service over phone and you have to chat to some jerk to know that they'll refund it in a week's time and also saying they'll send a confirmation email.

We got nothing back after 2 -3 times of chat with them. Guys, this is another sunrocket trying to steal our money. No matter whether the product is a successful invention or not, we should rip these guys who try to cheat people by luring a trial offer. Finally we landed up filing a dispute claim with my credit card but still unresolved.
