Dishonest Company - Magic Jack Complaints

I decided to send Magic Jack back before 30-day free trial was up. I went online to get required number to use to send it back but I couldn't get it. I then chatted with representative. She told me I could NOT send back the device until AFTER the 30-day free trial period. I then waited until AFTER the trial period and went online to get required number to return product. When I couldn't get it I again chatted with online representative. She said I was supposed to send it back BEFORE the 30-day free trial period was up. I explained what had happened and gave her information on prior chat. She said she couldn't locate chat and that I should have known to send it back BEFORE the 30-day trial period. Luckily I saved a copy of the chats and I wrote a letter to the company. They finally refunded my money. I don't know if they are dishonest or just plain stupid, but either way, I am glad I am done with them!
