Pigeon Creek Sanitary Authority
Charging for water when NOT tied into water service!

Pigeon Creek Sanitary Authority is charging my 79 year old father, who lives in rural Bentleyville for water service that he DOES NOT have. They installed a tap-in several hundred feet from his home, he cannot afford to lay the pipe to tap in and use their water service, he is still using the same well water that he has always used.

However, they are repeatedly billing him each month and have now placed a lien on his property for non-payment. He is on a small, fixed income and obviously cannot afford to pay for service that he does not have, but they will not help, they just keep sending more bills and threatening letters each month.

There is another gentleman who lives near him, to whom they are doing the SAME thing. They have tried contacting their local township authorities but have not heard anything recently and, as I said, they have now filed to place a lien on my father's property.
