Auqa Water - Auqa America is the true Definition of Rip off!

Auqa Water charges me & my subdivision $94 a month for water only not for my usage or trash. My sister n law lives a block away from me in A Different subdivision and she pays $40 a month for water & trash services. This is not right I've filed complaints with the Ftc and Its a waste of time. Does anybody have any answers? Americans are suffering and Greedy companys like Auqa water are too blame..
