Ripoff Refusing to fix water presure with increase in fees

Winton Water had a pump go out on one of their wells about a year or so ago. Of course our water pressure was lowered then and I understood and was patient for the months that followed while they were suppose to be repairing it.

After they said that it was repaired my water pressure was still considerably lower. I have had them come out on a few occasions to see what the problem is. They say that the problem is in my plumbing even though nothing had been done or changed before or after they had the problems with their pump. I have had people over to look at my plumbing since then that say that there is nothing wrong at all and they can only suggest I call the water company.

I have called and gone down to Winton Water to complain since then and they refuse to even come out now. However they did increase the fees for the water the past year.
