Customer Service Evaluation Survey Program (CSESP) SCAM

After receiving a letter through USPS from Prestidge Marketing Solution with a check for $3970.00 enclosed I became very suspicious and started researching. I only found one reference in the internet regarding a complaint about this company. It was on this website and was a question from a lady in Seattle who wanted to know how to report them. I went a step further and called the company named on the check.

The check was written on the account of American Bus & Coach, LLC of Treneton, NJ. I found them in the internet and called to find out their affiliation with Prestidge Marketing Solution and to my satisfaction found out that they had never heard of them and asked me to FAX them all the info I had received. I have done so and wish them all the success in the world finding and prosecuting the scammers.

I also called the number at the bottom of the letter. This was suppose to be my "Agent" but the number was busy several times and them finally a recording came on first in French and then in English saying the customer was busy and we should try again later. Well I do hope the customer is busy behind bars.
