In early I enrolled in the debt solution firm of UDS Marketing at the cost of $700 dollars. What I got for my money was a fancy report showing colorful graphs and suggestions on how to lower my debt.

I received a letter from one of my creditors in October concerning an increase in my interest rate on a credit card that UDS had lowered for me. I was never late on any payment, made my payments early and included more than the required minimium. Still, they would not stand by their agreement.

I then tried to call UDS for two days to speak with someone but could not get through because the line was always busy, so, I wrote a letter in October that was returned to me yesterday in the mail. The Post Office was not able to deliver the letter because UDS Marketing LLC moved and left no address.
