Charged the day after I ordered, never shipped

I ordered two refills for Shalimar Eau de Toilette and it was clearly stated that it would ship within 15 days and I would not have my credit card charged until it shipped. Well, it's been almost a month and it has not shipped but they charged my credit card the day after I ordered it. Of course, when I got my credit card bill, I immediately disputed the charge and it was temporarily removed from my bill and, once I fill out the paperwork, I am sure it will be permanently removed. NEVER pay by any other means but credit card. This way you can always dispute it and not have to pay for merchandise not shipped and/or received.
