Chelsea kelm ordered items from them was money was removed from my credit card before the items were shipped

I ordered a GOLD PENTACLE TAPESTRY 72" X 108" for $24.95 and a Triple Moon Offering Bowl 3" for $12.95 on the 13th june. To date the items have not be shipped and i have contacted the seller asking why the money was removed from my credit card as the bank is enquiring. The package was supposed to be shipped last saturday as i was notified byChelsea Kelm and instead it was not.instead i was told that they have 14 days to ship my order, but in the mean time my money was removed from my credit card, and the bank is not pleased.
I have gotten the feeling that the owner of the store is upset because i had to report the matter to the bank and since then has not given me any progress on my order. I have asked them to refund me my money and they have not.
