On 9/11/07 I ordered 2 lighting fixtures. DECORATING-ETC order number 34991. On 9/12/07 they charged my credit card for 144.00. They never shipped the Fixtures. Early on in October and November they gave me excuse after excuse as to why the fixtures were not shipped. The excuses were, the fixtures were going to be shipped next week. It was always next week. Then the fixtures were back ordered. Then they came in damaged and had to be reordered. On in January and feburary of 2008 they will not answer my phone calls or E-mails.
