MyPlane, Inc. Charged my credit card for merchandise they never intented to ship

My daughter needed a costumn for a school presentation so I ordered a flight suit from mypilotstore.com. The website specifically states that your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped. They charged my card the very next day and stated that the item had been shipped. After 8 working days I still did not get my item. I called the company and the employee told me he would get back to me to let me know what the problem was. 5 hours later I still received no call back, so I called again. He told me he just got and email from his vendor and the item was on backorder. I asked why my card had been charge and he hung up on me. I could not get in touch after that, so I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. These guys are rip off artist!!!
