AT&T Business Office
Company bills incorrect rates

AT&T keeps listing us as a business and we have NEVER been a business.

We wanted in August to be listed to receive the long distance and toll call rates at $. 07 per minute.

We have written four letters and now receive two bills, one at the $. 07 rate and another at the business rates.

We have reported this to the Vt. Attorney General's office and also AT&T.

We are currently looking for other phone companies since this doesn't seem to be resolved.
