RIP-OFF Lies About Service & Treats You Like Dirt!

Inetba promised us low rates that they changed at their discretion (although we were "guaranteed" that these were our rates for life). When I called about the rates, they lied to me about the rates; then agreed with me and said they would change them back to our original rates, but never did change them and continued to tell me I did not understand their TCU's (total call units). These units are not apples to apples comparisons to other rates and the TCU's change over time!!!

Then they spammed my home phone lines (2) and after many inquiries from me could never produce the paperwork for the transfer (I knew it didn't exist).

One month later they began calling saying they needed to update our files and needed me to stay on line with them as they approved the changes with another company. I said that did not sound right and I would not do such a thing.inetba representatives then began a calling spree to my office up to 5 times a day and 3-5 days per week to get this update accomplished. They were rude, downright mean, to my staff and to me.

Next, they changed their story and said that they changed their long distance carrier and wanted me to get on the line with that company to verify that I was aware of the change. Again - this did not sound like appropriate business practices and I refused. More phone calls to my office and more rudeness to my staff.

Then I asked them to fax paperwork to me so I could read it first before I make any move on anything. The fax was an authorization form to change over all of my phone numbers to them (something they have already done when they spammed my two phone numbers). I would not fill out the authorization form and send it back. They lied repeatedly to us! Then the barrage of calls and rudeness began again.

I found a new LD carrier and have sent a fax and authorization forms to get all of my phone numbers changed to the new carrier.inetba has refused the switch for our toll-free number due to what they call "unsatisfied business relations". What is that?! We have no outstanding bills at all and have verified this numerous times with accounts receivable.

Inetba has treated us like the dirt of the dirt for no reason! We have lost over $5000 with this company. We even had to change our toll-free number which means changing our website, our stationery, our business cards and spend money to communicate this change to all of our clients (a huge cost).

This is the worst company I have ever come in contact with for anything! Do not use this company for any service at all. You will be ripped off, lied to, scammed, deceived, cheated, and more! We did not receive the credits that were promised to us and the scamming just goes on and on with Inetba. We have switched one number and saved $375.00 in the first month alone - and that was for only two weeks of service! Inetba should not be allowed to be in business!
