False and defamatory review about our business

Some time last year a costumer that has tried to scam our company in over $15.000 fifteen thousand dollars, managed to filled a complain against our company in New York, we never received a email from BBB and whatever they sent went straight to our spam folder as we refuse to be a BBB member because they do charge company's to get good rates, we try to contact there New York office to at least have a way to fight back but no chances were gave to us, it's driving our business insane and already started to drop our name down as well our sales
