1 800 4 A Phone Aka Accutel, Fredom Power
Dont use this rip off company buyer beware

I signed up for electric service thru a company calling themselves freedom power aka 4 a phone and accutel. I was told that it would cost me a total of 229.00 to start service, the next day May 21 st. I got a phone call telling me that it would be another 291.00 to start service. At that point, I told them that I did not want their service and I wanted my refund of 229.00. I was told that it would take 3 to 5 business days for that to happen. I am still waiting.

I called them several times and was placed on hold for 45 mins. When I finally got thru I was told that no one could help me and the refund dept. Was behind no one there could give me an explanation to why. I was given a number to talk to a man named Nelson Davis after leaving several messages for him, I have never had a return call. No one in customer service could answer me to when I would get my refund. I asked to be transfered to the refund dept. I was told they could not do that. I asked to speak to some one that could take some responsibility and give me an answer, I was told there was no one to talk too.

I hope this helps some one not to get scammed by this rip off company. I dont understand why the puc lets this happen do they not care. The people that run this company should be in prison.
