I ordered a "trial" supply of QuickSlim Tea and received like 4 boxes of it. I thought WOW what a deal. Then about 14 days after receiving it my account was charged $179.85! I immediately called the company and was told to return the product for a refund. I returned it and they received it on Oct 6th.
I called later in the week because the refund hadn't shown up on my banking account. I was told it could take 6 - 15 business days. I called back on the 16th business day and was told it took 21 business days. I waited—I called back and was then told it ws being processed.
Meanwhile I got charged $5.60 that they said they didn't charge that it was my bank. My bank said it was an international transaction from the comapny. QuickSlim conveniently couldn't find the charge. A couple of days later I was charged $19.95 for an additional service. I called and was told it would be refunded in a few days, still no word on the big refund.
I got the $19.95 refund in about 5 days—I asked them how was it that I got that refund but was unable to receive the first one? I was told it was a "different computer program". My thinking was more like an different computer SCAM!
I have asked to speak with a supervisor—once I was told there was no one, then I was told they were in a meeting. I've asked to speak with someone in a different dept and was told "they won't talk to you"! How's that for customer service!
I have called numerous times since then (usually 2-3 times weekly). Now I'm being told that an e-mail has been sent to the refund dept. Of the company. It has been well over 45 days and still no refund. I just sent an e-mail to the support people at QuickSlim and I will continue to call untill I get my refund.
