One day when I was at work some people came to the door selling alarm systems. We were already hooked up with Monitronics (who I absolutely LOVE by the way) Alarm system but the people at the door said they would upgrade our system & make it cheaper too!? So my husband switched companies... Worst mistake ever! My husband was told that everything would be taken care of & that SAI would start debiting out of our bank account & would contact us in a week or so to get a voided check.

Three MONTHS go by & no one calls or anything so I finally contact Icon Security to tell THEM the we apparently owe them money!? After 3 phone calls I talk to someone who chastizes me because our account is over due?! After yet again calling numerous times I get our account set-up to come out of my account. I tried to cancel with the comapny right away but was told I would be sent to collections unless I paid them $1500.

A few more months go by and I get this letter in the mail from Icon Security (who apparently owns my account that is monitored by SAI?) The letter states that I had previously been sent papers that I was supposed to sign & unless they hear from me in the next 10 days, they are going to send me to collections. All the while they have been pulling out of my bank account!!!

I call the number on the letter to ask what this is all about & how they can send me to collections when they have been pulling out of my bank account. I get transfered around about 100 times only to have to leave a message. I never recieve a call back! Only a Fed Ex envelope with papers to sign. Leave a few more messages & of course... NEVER GET A RESPONSE.

This May my garage gets broken into, my alarm goes off... NO ONE RESPONDS, NOT EVEN THE POLICE!??

I am currently on hold with them as we speak & to date no one has done anything about this. I have been transfered around & brushed off as if my family's safety is of no concern to the company I pay to protect my family.

Don't ever, ever sign up with this company unless you like to THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!
