Do not use, bait and switch, they will take your money, run, and then try and get more

This is a personal statement against potential fraud by Icon security for services that were not rendered. It is based out of Utah 3311 North University Ave, Provo, UT 84604.
We engaged them in 2008 as a home security company. We had our own equipment so we purchased nothing from them except the monitoring. There were many problems from the very beginning, but the one that matters is; despite us paying them, we found out from their own monitoring service that the house had no been monitored for virtually the whole time, and that if the alarm had gone off no police would have arrived.
This is breach of contract since they were not providing the service we were paying for.in July, I put a stop payment on my account for any further payment to Icon and attempted to talk with them about this. All they keep doing is asking where is our money and making threats of negative credit. Up until now they still do not even have our proper address despite informing them numerous times.
Then they try and send collections after you and threaten to ruin your credit.
