Mfc leaseing rip off theives scam credit cards fruad criminals

Ok I got a new credit card machine yeah for me. Well now I am moving my store to a new location and getting a new credit card machine and company. Good to go... No wait I just found out that I am in a no break contract that I didnt know I was in now they are calling me none stop and hanging up they have disclosed my information to my father and grand mother and they are harrasing me at work on my work cell phone. I have told them repeatedly that this is a business phone they do not have the right to call it and they still do about once every five minutes or so and hang up on me and when I call back they tell me that I just need to pay the bill because if I do not the harassment will continue. They threw my business account into over draft and even made it so bad I had to close the account and open a new one becuase I told them they were not otherized to pull anymore money out and they pulled extra money out just to show me they could. Now the phone calls are going on and on I have contacted the attorney general of Texas and he has done nothing as well and the BBB will be next on my list to contact to see if the harrassment will stop they have threatened to put it on my credit and to keep harrassing me and no one seems to do anything about it and I am not going to pay out the contract I was told I could with get out of it and then when I tried it got alot worse. I just need some help to sue them to get it to stop the have scammed me hopefully this will stop them from scamming someone else.
