Continual harrassment every day

A while ago when the economy took a bad turn in our area, we fell behind on our business credit card account. On top of that my husband became disabled and lost his job. He is now on Social Security. Our income plummeted by 2/3's of what it was. I was trying hard to stay on top of everything but it got really hard.

Now... A girl named Latisha calls us every day... She has now even contacted our daughters cell phone and my father's house. I told her I would work with her closely if she would just call me directly and not call me at the business.

I don't know what to do. It is making me sick to my stomach and I can't sleep.

I want to pay this off but I can't get a loan because of the economy. I may have to file bankruptcy anyway. I just want the harassment to stop. I cannot pull money out of my hat that I don't have. It isn't going to help calling me every day. I gave her a date I could make a payment but she still calls and calls.
