Rip off

I signed up for satilite tv on 9/20/00 and was told, and all given information in writting stating that if i filled out the required info within 60 days i would receive my $140.00 rebate check, (which i had given them) back within 60 days. I have called these people 3 times a week since the end of the 60day period and have still not got my money back, i would like to know what to do to get these peoples attention.

Also, september i went into a radio shack here in daphny al. And made a purchase on my debit card, i was told that if i would except a disc for msn internet for 700 free hours that i would receive a 20% discount on any store purchase for that day, all i had to do was cancell the msn within 30 days
and there would be no charge to me. Wrong!!! I just happen to go back in my bank statements and found where msn had debited my account for $21.95 starting with the very month of my purchase starting with the month of sept.

When i made my original purchase. This caused my account to over draw twice. I contacted them and was told to fax them all the info showing where they had taken the money from my account and they would get back with me, i did this on 01/02/01 i've still not heard from them. I was in an industrial accident 02/09/99 and was disabled, with no income since 01/13/00, i need my $140.00 and my$21.95! Times 4 that rightfully belong to me! Please advise me as to what i can do to correct this situation, and also if i can assist you in your campaiign against all these rip off artist!
