WLI Reservation
Rip-off and unauthorized debit from my account

I noticed, again, that a WLI Reservation debit was taken from my account this month. At first, I thought it was my travel company, then I decided to loo it up on the internet. I found this rip-off warning about the company.
I called the number for WLI and asked about the account. The confirmed that I had signed up for the account (a bait and switch) gimmick piggy backed on the BUY.com website.
After I completed my purchase it offered me a 10$ coupon on my next purchase... They did however offer a one month trial period. I accepted... That was in July. I never used the coupon. I called and cancelled in Aug. Now the debit was back again.
The representative told me that I had signed up again in Jan&this time, I'm sure I didn't. And they've been debiting my account for ten months now at 7$ a pop. That's 77$ they stole from me.
The representative did apologize and she said she would cancell the account — again — and refund my money... Form Jan til now (Nov). That was easy enough.
What I learned: Please look through your bank/credit card statements thoroughly when you receive them. Scrutinize every little purchase (7$ was glanced over for 11 months). And call your bank company if you have the slightest doubt of any debits from your account.
