SENT CD I didn't order and used my credit card number from previous transaction

Today I received a CD I did not order from ChristianCarter.com (Catchhimandkeephim ebook) and when I looked at my credit account it had been debited $29.95. I ordered the e-book on 9/30/08 and within the letter it said within 30 days if I did not cancel via e-mail I would automatically be shipped a CD each month in conjunction with the FREE CD's that came with the original purchase. Looking at my banking account my account was debited the additional (unauthorized) $29.95 on 10/9 only 10 days after my e-book purchase. I've e-mailed 3 times now and called but there is no answer on the number listed with the debit the company took on 10/9. WOW!!! I am going to call the bank and see what I need to do and what else I can do to get my money back and make sure this doesn't happen again.in the mean time I'm going on line to file complaints with the SEC and the CA. Attorney General. This type of transaction and access to bank accounts needs to stop!
