Worst customer service

Crum's climate controle inc repaired the ac unit of our small store. It's 800 sf. The compressor needs to be replace (it's 2.5 tone unit).

They took $400 for down payment. They came the next day install the compressor. Ran for 2 minute and burn down the main breaker. I had to replace that for $535, and wait for almost 2 weeks for the part to come.

The second comprssor is running but none stop. Just like every one else on this rip off report web side, the temperature is not cool enough.
Call them, they came back the week after that. After checking the air flow, the technician left after said nothing wrong!!! (sound familliar?).
I call them again. Guess what, they never come! They do give out the schedule for the very next day. But tomorrow is tomorrow!

Call the customer service, the lady put me on hold for 10 minute and came back. Guess what she asked me?"what are you waiting for?"

I wish i've read this rip off report web side, that could have save me $1500 and a big headache
