Crums Climate Control very bad service, air conditioner does not work right, I have been trying for months to get someone out here to no avail ripoff

I had my new air conditioner installed in November and choose this company because of a letter they sent out speaking of long standing record of great service. I have been trying since December to get them to come out and check this a/c because it is not working like it should ie: running all the time.

I have made six appointments, 2 with a supervisor and no one has ever showed up nor called to say why. I have even called the owner and have yet to receive a call back from him either.

Do not hire this company as they will rip you off.
