Crum under investigation by Florida depart. And loses small claims case as well

The Assist. General Counsel of the Florida dept. Of Business Regulation, Pooja Patel, announced probable cause to believe Crum to be in violation of Ch. 489 and will file a case. This statement came feb. 4.

In a judgement issued march 2, Judge Martinez found against Crums Climate Contro and awarded $3778 to theplaintiff. Case #SC-007340-0 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court, Orange County, FL.

Plaintiff, who was not represented by counsel, had alleged targeting of senior citizens, bait and switch, malfunctioning equipment and altering of documents. L
