"Lost" my dry-cleaned / repaired pants, threatened me, would not make good

I had my pants dry-cleaned and the pocket repaired. When I went in late on the day *after* they were due, I was told "they were not back yet". When I went in several days later, I was told "I can't find them" and "it's not my problem".

Then the clerk got threatening. So I left.
