Tore Pants

Brought my pants to them, they charged my credit card. When i went to pick them up I saw a tear on both sides of my Boss pants which went with a suit. They asked if I wanted them repaired, I repield no. I wanted to speak with the director directly. Waited 3 weeks no reply. Went back to the shop and they went ahead and got the pants fixed without my permission dismissing their fault. Over principle did not agree, and waited another month and a half and finally when back to the shop 5/11/09 and asked to speak to the owner. Sales rep telling stories the owner spoke with us, which they lied about everything. The owner told us that the employees had to fix the pants BEFORE they dry cleaned them, total lie this all happened after they cleaned them. The owner shalina told us directly, either she can unstitched the pants or take them as is. No compesation, no apologies and directly said she will not replace them. Very upset and time cosuming for me and my family. Totally disgustedd with this company and lies.
