Miscellaneous

I purchase a beige ralph lauren jeans, very pretty and fits well. The price was too expensive $59.99 which is way above my budget but because I have been looking for a beige pants with a good brand, it will last longer. Therefore, I decided to purchase it. I only wore it once and put it in the laundry and washed it as recommended. When I took it out, there were stains all over the back right side of the pants.initially I could not figure out what caused it. It couldn't be our washer since it was brand new. Then I noticed that the stain was caused by the leather tag in the back where you slip in the belt. How can they use such a cheap leather! How do you wash the pants if the leather will ruin the pants. I only wore this pants once. I want a refund for sure and I tried to give the pants back but they will not take it because it has already been worn and washed. What should I do?

Depressed,
